2012 CPAT - Open Test Challenges (No
Orientation or Practice)
"Open Test" challenges will be held the mornings of June 4th, June 13th, June 20th, June 29th and August 8th BY
APPOINTMENT ONLY("Open Test" Challenges are $150
for each time you challenge the test)
Appointments for CPAT Open Test Challenges (you will be waiving any Practice
& Orientation), are available only by email at cpat@sufd.org and must be requested by 3:00pm the business day before you wish to
challenge the test.
Appointment times are generally
at 8:00am and 9:00am.
Note:
If you also want to do the Ladder Climb Exercise on the same day please
indicate this as well. There is no additional charge for the Ladder Climb
Exercise if you are also doing the SUFD CPAT on the same day.
